4 Simply.Comfy.Homey. Empire Studio #FREE Parking#

This studio offers a simple yet comfortable stay with a focus on cleanliness and guest comfort. Guests appreciate the peaceful environment and the lovely city skyline view, which adds to the overall experience. The amenities provided, such as free WiFi and a microwave, cater well to short stays, making it convenient for guests who prefer to relax and enjoy food deliveries. While the host is noted for being responsive and accommodating, some guests may find the sleeping arrangements a bit tight, especially with a maximum capacity of three. The sofa bed may not be the most comfortable option for longer stays, which could affect sleep quality. Additionally, the listing emphasizes a quiet area, but guests should remain aware of potential noise from the surroundings, which could impact their overall comfort. Overall, this listing seems to deliver on its promises, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and guest satisfaction. However, those looking for spacious sleeping arrangements or absolute quiet may want to consider these factors before booking.
