Balcony Eiffel Tower View : Newly Refurbished Apt

This newly refurbished apartment offers a top-floor haven with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. Guests have praised the cleanliness and the responsive host, which enhances the overall experience. However, while the amenities are well-rated, some guests have noted that the sofa bed may not be the most comfortable for longer stays. The location is vibrant and convenient, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and public transport. Guests appreciate the privacy of having the entire apartment to themselves, but it’s important to be aware of the additional fees for extra guests and bed linens. The host's superhost status suggests a reliable experience, though some guests have expressed concerns about the clarity of house rules and potential extra fees. Overall, this apartment seems to cater well to couples and small groups looking for a stylish stay in Paris. Just be mindful of the potential for added costs and ensure you select the correct number of guests when booking to avoid surprises.
