Viva Dominicus Beach by Wyndham, A Trademark All Inclusive

Viva Dominicus Beach by Wyndham was an all-inclusive beachfront resort near Bayahibe Beach in San Rafael del Yuma. However, a large fire almost completely destroyed the resort and led authorities to evacuate approximately 1,690 guests to other hotels and nearby accommodations. The fire spread rapidly, and its cause remained under investigation. This incident is the primary consideration for any planned stay. The neighboring Viva Dominicus Palace resort was reported as undamaged, but that does not establish that Viva Dominicus Beach is operating normally, accepting guests, or able to provide the advertised accommodation and amenities. Before making or keeping a reservation, verify the property's current operating status, relocation arrangements, and refund or cancellation terms directly with the booking provider. Earlier guest feedback also mentioned inconsistent service and food quality, room cleanliness and maintenance concerns, and delays at check-in, but those issues are secondary to the reported fire and resulting evacuation.
