Tru by Hilton Chapecó

Tru by Hilton Chapecó is a hotel remodeled in 2025, positioned near Condá Arena, Hospital Unimed, and Colonel Bertaso Square. The listing describes a smoke-free property with complimentary breakfast, a 24-hour gym, front desk coverage, luggage storage, and in-room WiFi. Rooms include air conditioning, workspaces, showers, hair dryers, shampoo, and Smart TVs with cable channels. Cleanliness appears to be one of the strongest aspects of the stay. Guest comments also commonly describe the rooms as comfortable, new, and well maintained. Service is another clear strength, with guests describing the reception team as attentive, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast is generally viewed favorably, although a few guests found the selection basic or reported food served cold or insufficiently cooked. This means breakfast expectations should remain moderate rather than premium. The hotel may suit travelers seeking a modern, practical base in Chapecó. The available information does not establish a broader range of leisure facilities beyond the listed gym and common hotel services. Parking is the main practical concern. Multiple guests describe the garage entrance, exit, spaces, ramp, and maneuvering area as narrow, especially for larger vehicles or busy periods. This can make arrival and departure stressful and may require extra time or consideration of street parking. One guest also reported a cigarette odor despite the smoke-free policy, but this appears isolated in the supplied feedback. Another isolated comment mentioned missing shampoo and does not establish a broader supply problem. Comfort feedback is mostly positive, including clean bedding, good showers, and comfortable rooms. One older review criticized the mattress, pillows, and bathroom size, so individual room comfort may vary. The listing confirms workspaces and WiFi, but the supplied reviews do not provide enough detail to assess work performance or connection stability. Overall, the property presents as a strong, modern hotel with particularly favorable cleanliness and service signals. Travelers with large vehicles should verify parking practicality before booking. The listing and guest feedback align well on a modern, clean, practical hotel with attentive service and breakfast. Parking access is less convenient than the core hotel experience may suggest, particularly for larger vehicles.
