Resona Pool Villa by Aonanta Group

Resona Pool Villa by Aonanta Group is a spacious private villa with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living area, terrace, garden, saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor seating, WiFi, and private parking. The overall picture is favorable, with the strongest signals around the host and the villa’s facilities. Cleanliness and value appear somewhat less strong than the property’s other dimensions. The setting is described as peaceful and somewhat removed from conveniences. Guests should plan on using a scooter or car for transport. The villa’s space and outdoor setup tend to work well for groups seeking a quiet stay. Guests have described the bedrooms as spacious and comfortable, with private bathrooms and air conditioning. The pool and garden are commonly appreciated, and the kitchen is described as well equipped in one detailed review. Staff and service are also described positively in the available feedback. These strengths make the property suited to travelers prioritizing privacy, room to spread out, and outdoor relaxation. Cleanliness is not completely consistent across the available feedback. One guest reported dirty walls, an unpleasant room smell, and a room that could not be used after painting, while other guests described the villa as clean. This means guests who are sensitive to hygiene or odors may want to confirm the condition of every bedroom before settling in. Kitchen and tableware readiness may also deserve a quick check because some guests mentioned unclean kitchen tools or missing cutlery. These reports are isolated rather than established as a recurring inspection finding. Some maintenance details have also been reported, including a faulty air conditioner, a washing machine that did not work, loose plaster, and a switch needing repair. Because these issues come from separate stays and do not establish one reported problem under the inspection threshold, they are best treated as possible rather than certain. The location can be peaceful, but one guest mentioned morning road noise and another described the villa as somewhat remote. Overall, the stay appears comfortable for guests who value space and a private pool, provided they are comfortable with transport needs and the possibility of minor upkeep issues. Generally aligned with the advertised spacious villa, pool, garden, and private parking, but cleanliness and maintenance feedback is mixed.
