1-Bedroom Apt.(Sabolak Suite-Haven)

This is a one-bedroom apartment in Lekki, Lagos, presented with curated decor and cozy furnishings. The listing highlights self check-in with a keypad and access to a pool. Guests generally describe the apartment as clean, comfortable, well decorated, and secure. Host communication and responsiveness are commonly praised. The overall guest picture is favorable, though the available feedback includes some specific caveats. The apartment offers practical amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a kitchen, washing machine, TV, gym equipment, elevator access, parking, and a pool. Several guests mention a comfortable bed, working internet, helpful staff, and prompt assistance. The location is described positively in the available reviews, with nearby Lekki landmarks noted by one guest. The listing is limited to two guests, which suits the stated one-bedroom setup. Self check-in may make arrival convenient, although the provided reviews do not independently confirm how smoothly the keypad works. One guest reported bathroom drainage that had not been fixed after being raised with management. This is an isolated maintenance concern, but it could affect bathroom convenience during a stay. The same detailed feedback also mentioned that some supplies or setup details may need to be clarified with the host before arrival. Because the review sample is small and the available subratings are not provided, confidence about less-discussed aspects is limited. The strongest signals are cleanliness, decor, comfort, security, and host support. A few reviews are brief or truncated, so they provide less detail than the more substantive feedback. The property may suit travelers who value a furnished apartment with building facilities and responsive assistance. Before booking, confirm that bathroom drainage has been addressed and that the amenities and arrival details needed for the stay will be ready. The listing's cozy, curated presentation is broadly supported by guest comments about cleanliness, decoration, comfort, and working amenities. One isolated bathroom drainage complaint and a note to confirm supplies before arrival create a modest expectation gap.
