NEW: Romantic Apartment in Oltrarno, San Frediano

This is a bright, renovated two-bedroom apartment in Florence’s historic San Frediano area, positioned as a spacious and well-equipped home near major sights. The property description highlights exposed beams, traditional floors, a full kitchen, air conditioning, laundry, and a dedicated workspace. Guest feedback generally presents the apartment as clean, comfortable, attractive, and easy to use. Location is a clear strength, with guests describing a peaceful street, nearby restaurants and shops, and walkable access to central attractions. The apartment is on an upper floor without an elevator, so the stairs matter for guests with mobility or luggage concerns. The kitchen, beds, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and workspace are generally described favorably by guests. Communication and arrival are also commonly described as smooth, with responsive hosting and straightforward access. The apartment’s size and layout appear suitable for couples, families, and longer stays. Air conditioning, heating, laundry, dishwasher, and cooking facilities support a practical stay. The loft area may provide extra sleeping capacity, but guests should review the layout carefully if privacy between sleeping areas is important. A few isolated caveats are worth noting before booking. One guest reported that church bells began early, which could affect light sleepers, while another mentioned that a kettle would have been useful. One older review reported used-smelling cover blankets, although clean sheets were available in the apartment. Another guest noted that cooling the large space took substantial time during hot weather, so temperature comfort may depend on preparing the air conditioning in advance. Parking may require planning because one guest found it difficult to locate a space on the same street. The advertised check-in window ends in the early evening, which may require coordination for later arrivals. The property allows up to five guests, but the available information does not provide a complete bed and bathroom breakdown, so groups should confirm the sleeping arrangement before booking. Overall, the strongest signals are space, location, cleanliness, amenities, and host responsiveness, with the main practical considerations being stairs, occasional morning noise, parking, and isolated comfort details. Strong overall fit for guests seeking a spacious, well-equipped, walkable Florence apartment, with stairs, parking, and occasional sleep or temperature caveats to verify.
