While many guests enjoy the stunning views and the overall cleanliness of the property, there are recurring complaints about the service quality, particularly during busy times. Some guests have reported issues with staff responsiveness, which could affect the overall experience. Additionally, the limited availability of dining options, especially during certain days of the week, may not meet the expectations of all visitors.
