Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach by IHG

Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach is positioned directly across from Surin Beach, offering a complete resort experience with modern amenities. Guests often appreciate the welcoming staff and the cleanliness of the facilities, which contribute positively to their overall experience. However, some reviews indicate that certain aspects of the property, such as the building and some facilities, may feel a bit dated, which could affect comfort for some guests. While the staff receives consistent praise for their professionalism and helpfulness, there are mentions of the property needing updates, particularly in terms of room condition. This could lead to mixed feelings about the overall value for money, especially for those expecting a more modern experience. Additionally, the cleanliness rating is decent, but there are occasional concerns about thoroughness, suggesting that some guests may find the cleanliness level not as high as they would prefer. The location is generally well-rated, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions, which enhances the appeal for families and vacationers. However, guests should be aware of potential noise from nearby activities, as some reviews hint at liveliness in the area that could disrupt peace at night. Overall, while many guests enjoy their stay, it's advisable to manage expectations regarding the property's age and the consistency of cleanliness.
