Yuna Porte-Maillot - ApartHotel

Yuna Porte-Maillot is a modern aparthotel in a residential Paris neighborhood, offering a range of studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Guest feedback is strongly positive about the property’s cleanliness, design, comfort and staff communication. The atmosphere is generally quiet and suitable for couples, families and longer stays, with apartment-style facilities supporting a more independent visit. Rooms are generally described as clean, comfortable and well equipped, with positive comments about beds, kitchens, balconies and spacious apartments. One family found a bathroom difficult to move through comfortably during the morning. Air conditioning is advertised, but one guest found seasonal cooling switched off and relied on an open window facing a busy street. Kitchenettes, dining areas, televisions, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and private bathrooms are advertised, while guest feedback also mentions laundry access, a lobby coffee station and complimentary refreshments. Staff and communication are usually praised as responsive and helpful. Breakfast feedback was mixed, with one guest finding the offering repetitive rather than varied. Check-in begins from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM, with advance arrival information, photo identification and a credit card required. One guest considered the 10:00 AM departure time too early. An elevator serves upper floors, although it temporarily failed during one stay, creating extra difficulty for a family with a stroller. The property is outside central Paris but close to metro connections, with several guests appreciating the residential surroundings and nearby neighborhood life. Other guests found restaurants, shops or major attractions less convenient to reach, sometimes requiring long walks, public transport or taxis. It suits travelers wanting quieter apartment accommodation, while central-location seekers should allow extra travel time. Hot water, electricity and the elevator were each unavailable temporarily during this guest’s stay. These interruptions may inconvenience bathing, room access and upper-floor travel.
